It is more than just a slogan. It typifies what JRM Weir and their clients are all about – Self motivated and driven to succeed. John realised years ago that accounting is more than just producing tax returns and financial statements. He enjoys the challenges that drive results. It is important to look at the main drivers of successful business; things like cashflow management, business structuring and looking for those opportunities that can maximise profits and add value in your business. With that in mind, John started JRM Accounting in 2009 Natalie Weir started with John in 2012 and became Partner in 2018. Both partners contribute equally to the success of the business and provide professional support across a broad range of business disciplines. Client care is maintained by both partners, so that clients know their affairs are being reviewed and supported at the highest level. The business name changed to JRM Weir in 2018 to reflect the contribution Natalie brings to our service offering.
