We are a retail bookshop specialising in children's and school education books, both fiction and non-fiction. We supply as a retailer and also commercially for schools and teachers. We're a locally-owned bookshop specialising in supplies that support reading and education for children of various ages. We are community-focused and provide a friendly service, combined with best-selling books and resources for retail as well as for local schools. For many years on entering Gateway at the end of the Southtown Walk, Fran and David Payne have been there, generously sharing their love of literature and knowledge of books. As the Paynes retired this year, we are delighted to take over the Gateway Bookstore and continue to run this unique, local & independent community gem. - Louise & Chris Blanchard
