Southern Cross Bet is the registered trading name of Mark Johnston Bookmaking PTY LTD and is licenced by the NSW Government and regulated by the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing. Southern Cross Bet is based out of Wellington race course in the heart of country NSW. We are a family run operation who aim to offer great service and competitive prices for our customers. We have great pride in knowing that we are 100% Australian owned bookmaking operation. Southern Cross Bet is operated by Mark Johnston who has been a country bookmaker since 2004. Mark's parents Allan and Robyn have been working as bookmakers at country meetings for around 40 years. Between them they still attend around 130 meetings a year and have pride in offering a good honest service. Over time, we have a vision of sponsoring and supporting as many sporting teams and events as we possibly can. It is extremely important for us to give back to our local communities. We are not the biggest bookmaker in the market but we understand regional values and employ country people throughout our business. The support we provide to sporting organisations as well as events is provided with the genuine intent that each will benefit from our assistance.
