We are a Uniting Church, independent school based in the regional centre of Albury-Wodonga, which straddles the border of Victoria and NSW. Our motto Fide et Literis reflects our values (faith and learning). We offer co-educational schooling from Preschool to Junior School, right through to Year 12, all on the one campus. Boarding is available for Years 7–12 in a range of flexible options – casual (one or two nights a week), weekly, or full-time. We focus on developing World Ready young people through our educational philosophy of Life, Learning & Leading. We have the biggest range of subjects of any school in the region, plus an extensive range of co-curricular activities from agriculture to outdoor education. We pride ourselves on strong performing arts, music and sport. The Scots School Albury is preparing to become a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) from 2015 for students aged 3–12. This is a curriculum framework that focuses on developing the whole child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and in the world outside. With 150 years of history, Scots is entrenched in the region as a leading school. We remain connected with our past students and have well-established links with the local and regional community.
